Renaissance Wax Polish – 65ml Micro-Crystalline Wax

Renaissance® Wax Polish was originally formulated in the British Museum research laboratories in the early 1950s to protect and preserve historic collections. Unlike traditional natural waxes such as beeswax or carnauba, Renaissance® Wax is a refined micro-crystalline (fossil) wax that is completely acid-free (pH neutral).

When applied thinly and buffed, it leaves a durable, glass-clear protective film with no discolouration, making it ideal for conservation, restoration, and fine finishing work. It is widely used by professionals for arms and armour, sculpture, ceramics, marble, brass, copper cookware, jewellery, furniture, and musical instruments.

Renaissance® Wax is also suitable for use on automobile paintwork, bright metals, rubber, plastic seals, leather, and wooden clock cases. It can be removed if required using white spirit.
